PCI-DSS Level-1 Certified: We hold the highest level of credit card security, PCI-DSS Level 1, to ensure your data is never compromised. Tokenization is used so credit card data is never stored but always protected.

Network Monitoring and Protection: We use multiple industry-recognized third-party tools to monitor network traffic, protect against malicious activities, and block intrusions 24/7/365.

Encryption and Testing: To ensure maximum security, dedicated client databases are individually encrypted, and all transmissions are secured using TLS 1.2 and HTTPS protocols to prevent unwanted access to your data.

What is PaaS?

Simply put, Platform as a service (PaaS) is a cloud computing model where software is developed and hosted in the cloud. This means you can use your software without the hassle of maintaining on-premises hardware and software, resulting in reduced costs and time spent on maintenance and upgrades. As a PaaS, PerfectMind’s only requirement is a web browser to access the system. PaaS also ensures long term scalability and customization through the ownership of its applications.

What are the advantages of cloud computing?

Where does PerfectMind store my data?

PerfectMind is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States and Canada. AWS provides world-class, highly secure data centers that ensure your information is protected. Security measures including personnel, state-of-the-art surveillance, monitoring, and privileged access restrictions are enforced 24/7/365. We are dedicated to protecting your privacy. Data will reside in the country where it originated, and you will retain ownership of all data stored. We will never sell customer data to third parties for any reason.

Does PerfectMind have a disaster recovery plan?

Yes, PerfectMind has a complete disaster recovery plan. Client data is backed up on a regularly scheduled basis and retained for 90 days for point in time recovery (PITR). All backups are replicated through multiple geo-redundant data centers to ensure availability and minimal data loss in case of failure.
